Whitfield v State of NSW (NSW Police Force) [2011] NSWADT 265 (New South Wales Administrative Decisions Tribunal, Equal Opportunity Division, Magistrate N Hennessy, Dr J Schneeweiss, Mr M Nasir, 15 November 2011).  Age discrimination in the provision of services, whether police providing "service" to arrestee, causation; damages of $10,000 awarded to complainant.

 Grogan and ors v First Rate Leisure Pty Limited and ors [2007] NSWADT 294 (New South Wales Administrative Decisions Tribunal, Equal Opportunity Division, G. Ireland, B. Weule, J. Schneeweiss, 13 December 2007).  Complaint of racial discrimination by six Aboriginal persons refused access to hotel; issues of liability of company owning hotel, licensees personally, and company supplying security guards.  Company owning hotel and company supplying security guards found liable; licensees not personally liable; damages of $15,000 awarded to each complainant.
